Enter, update and maintain data in Excel sheets accurately.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.
Manage office documentation, filing and record maintenance.
Handle basic data analysis using Excel formulas (SUM, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.).
Coordinate with internal teams for collecting data and information.
Assist in day-to-day administrative and back-office tasks.
Required Skills
Strong Excel skills
- VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Filters, Formatting.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of courier/parcel tracking is an added advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
