detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive
to support our production and export documentation processes. This role is essential in maintaining accurate records, preparing timely reports, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update records related to production, inventory, dispatch, purchase orders, invoices, and other documentation.
Prepare and manage reports using Google Sheets, Docs, and other Google Workspace tools.
Coordinate with internal departments and follow up with vendors and customers as required.
Assist in administrative tasks and support internal and external audits.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce background preferred).
02 years of experience in a manufacturing or export environment.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, etc.).
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
