operations for communication with customers, vendors, and partners.
Conduct
daily follow-ups
with site teams to monitor installation progress and resolve issues.
Coordinate with
vendors, customers, and internal teams
for material dispatch, project updates, and issue resolution.
Maintain and update the
customer complaint register
; ensure timely responses and closure of complaints.
Support the
Project Manager
in documentation, compliance, and reporting.
Maintain records of
pump and solar system installations
and coordinate with field engineers for verification.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in
back-office operations
, preferably in the
solar or pump industry
.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
and basic
photo editing tools
.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and manage daily work follow-ups effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
