As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative and sales functions. You will manage day-to-day operations, assist in the smooth running of the office, and contribute to our sales efforts by maintaining and enhancing client relationships. This role requires individuals who are detail-oriented, can handle multiple tasks efficiently, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Back Office Operations:
Handle data entry, document management, and coordination tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
Administration:
Support general administrative duties, including scheduling, correspondence, and office maintenance.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with client management, follow-ups, and maintaining sales records.
Communication:
Interact professionally with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Computer Proficiency:
Utilize various software applications for data management, reporting, and communication.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Strong computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
