The Back Office Executive is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of office activities. This role involves handling data entry, maintaining records, preparing reports, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring accuracy in documentation and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry, record keeping, and file management.
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as required by management.
Assist in processing invoices, bills, and other financial documents.
Coordinate with the front office and other departments for smooth workflow.
