The Back Office Executive - Government Sales is responsible for managing administrative tasks that support the government sales team. Key Responsibilities
Tender and Proposal Management: Assist in preparing and submitting government tenders, ensuring all documentation meets required standards.
Documentation and Compliance: Maintain and organize all sales-related documents, ensuring adherence to government compliance and audit requirements.
Data Management: Update and manage customer databases, sales records, and inventory logs pertinent to government contracts.
Coordination: Liaise between the sales team and other departments such as finance, logistics, and legal to ensure timely delivery and contract fulfillment.
