Job Description

The Back Office Assistant is required to support daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth internal operations. The role involves data management, documentation, coordination with internal teams, and basic reporting.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain records, files, and databases Prepare reports, documents, and spreadsheets Support billing, invoicing, and basic accounts tasks Coordinate with front office and internal departments Handle emails, follow-ups, and routine administrative work

Requirements:



Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email) Good organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Prior back office or administrative experience preferred
