We are looking for an experienced Back Office Executive to manage daily administrative operations, data handling, reporting, and coordination with internal teams. The candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Office tools to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage company data, records, and documentation accurately
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Support sales, accounts, HR, and operations teams with administrative work
Coordinate between departments for smooth workflow
Handle email correspondence and official communication
Maintain customer records and provide back-end support to customer service
Prepare presentations, reports, and Excel sheets as required
Track office activities, follow up on pending tasks, and update status reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Good data management and reporting skills
