Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain records, files, and databases
Handle emails, internal communication, and follow-ups
Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information
Support front-office or customer-facing teams with backend tasks
Prepare reports, summaries, and status updates
Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Finance, Operations, etc.)
