Location: Ambawadi, Ahmedabad Vacancies: 01 Experience: 1 - 2 Years Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning of all administrative activities.

Coordinate and communicate with internal departments to support workflow and task completion.

Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems (digital & physical).

Handle office supplies, vendor follow-ups, and basic procurement requirements.

Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, maintain calendars, and follow up on action points.

Support HR and Accounts in administrative tasks such as onboarding coordination and document collection.

Manage front desk activities such as visitor handling and incoming communication.

Ensure office cleanliness, facility maintenance, and administrative compliance.

Prepare MIS reports, letters, and presentations when required.

Address staff administrative needs and ensure a productive office environment. Key Skills Required

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
