Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain records, reports, and data in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Manage documentation for purchase orders, quotations, and invoices.
Assist departments with data entry, record updates, and communication.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for routine follow-ups.
Maintain office files and ensure accuracy in reporting.
