We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Back Office Executive to support daily operations, documentation, data management, and coordination tasks. The role involves handling backend processes to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update company databases, records, and documentation.
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and speed.
Handle email communication, follow-ups, and basic client coordination.
Prepare reports, MIS, and maintain logs for internal teams.
Support the sales/operations team with backend work.
Maintain files, bills, invoices, and other administrative documents.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and team members as required.
Assist in daily office tasks such as scheduling, filing, and documentation.
Ensure confidentiality of company data and client information.
Required Skills
Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet.
Good written and verbal communication.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Basic knowledge of office equipment and admin processes.
Qualifications
Minimum HSC / Graduate in any stream.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
