The Back Office Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities, including client account opening, documentation, KYC verification, and coordination with sales teams and clients. The role ensures smooth onboarding, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with NBFC policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Opening & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end client account opening process.
Collect, verify, and upload client documents as per KYC norms and NBFC guidelines.
Follow up with sales teams and clients for any missing or additional documents.
Coordinate with banks for account opening and resolve any discrepancies.
2. KYC & Documentation
Perform KYC checks as per regulatory and internal compliance standards.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure all records are updated and stored securely.
Prepare client files, agreements, and application forms as required.
3. Coordination & Communication
Provide status updates of client onboarding to sales teams and seniors.
Handle client queries related to documentation, account opening, or data requirements.
Escalate any operational issues to senior management for quick resolution.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
Graduate in Commerce (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in back office/operations, preferably in NBFC, banking, or financial services.
Good understanding of KYC norms, documentation, and account opening procedures.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry.
