Handle day-to-day back-office operations and maintain accurate records.
Make follow-up calls to customers, vendors, and internal teams as required.
Manage inbound and outbound calls for coordination and information sharing.
Prepare and update reports, documentation, and data entries.
Maintain filing systems, databases, and ensure data confidentiality.
Support management with administrative tasks, email communication, and follow-ups.
Skills & Qualifications
Good communication and telephone etiquette.
Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and handle follow-up calls effectively.
Working knowledge of
Odoo ERP
is mandatory.
