We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office operations, maintain data accuracy, and handle client interactions efficiently. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel, data management, and office coordination to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
-Maintain and update data in Excel sheets and other relevant systems accurately.
-Coordinate with clients via email, calls, and in-person meetings as required.
-Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal and client use.
-Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing office resources.
-Support various teams with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.
-Handle queries from clients and internal stakeholders promptly and professionally.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
-Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
-Experience in client handling is a plus.
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (preferable in Business Administration, Management, or related fields).
Additional Requirements:
-Professional demeanor and ability to work independently.
-Familiarity with office management tools and software is a plus.
