Job Description

The Back Office Executive will support the operations team in preparing project reports, subsidy documentation, loan files, data entry, client communication, and coordination with government departments and banks. The role requires strong documentation skills and high accuracy in handling financial and compliance-related paperwork.

Key Responsibilities1. Documentation & File Preparation



Prepare and verify documents for

MSME Subsidies, Machinery Loans, Mudra Loans, CGTMSE, PMEGP, TUFS

, etc. Assist in preparing

DPRs (Detailed Project Reports), CMA Data, loan applications

, and supporting annexures. Organize and upload digital documents and maintain proper filing systems.

2. Data Entry & System Updates



Enter financial and client data into software/Excel with high accuracy. Maintain updated status trackers of all ongoing subsidy and loan files. Prepare Excel sheets, MIS reports, and client data summaries.

3. Coordination with Clients & Internal Teams



Communicate with clients for required documents, clarifications, and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal finance, loan, and subsidy teams for file progress. Schedule client meetings, collect data, and ensure timely documentation submissions.

4. Government & Bank Liaison Support



Assist senior team in compiling documents required by banks, DIC, MSME department, and other authorities. Track submission timelines and update team on approval status. Prepare forms and ensure compliance as per latest government schemes.

5. Administrative Support



Maintain office records, registers, and documentation logs. Scan, photocopy, print, and organise files as per requirement. Support daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Skills & Competencies Required



Strong documentation & data management skills Good command of

Excel, Word, Email Drafting

Basic understanding of

MSME schemes, subsidies, and loan processes

(preferred) Excellent follow-up and coordination ability Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work with deadlines and support multiple files simultaneously Polite and professional communication

Qualification



Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BA / Diploma) Candidates with finance or documentation backgrounds preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
