Handle customer queries related to solar inverters via calls, email, or CRM systems
Provide first-level troubleshooting support for inverter installations and performance issues
Maintain accurate service logs, warranty claims, and documentation
Coordinate with field service engineers for on-site support
Guide customers on system settings, connectivity (Wi-Fi/GPRS), and monitoring platforms
Ensure timely resolution of complaints and continuous communication with customers
Provide feedback to R&D and Quality teams on product performance improvements
Educate installers and customers about product usage and safety compliance
Requirements
Any Graduate
Freshers can pply
Basic knowledge of Computer and excel
good communication and interpersonal skills
