We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient
Back Office Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to
handle administrative tasks
,
manage documentation
, and
make outbound calls
as part of daily responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 50-60 outbound calls per day.
Perform accurate data entry and update company records.
Maintain records both physically and digitally in an organized manner.
Handle documentation management, including filing forms and completing necessary paperwork.
Follow up on tasks and ensure proper documentation flow.
Support daily administrative operations as required.
Key Requirements:
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently.
Basic computer skills including MS Office and data entry.
Prior experience in back office or telecalling is an advantage.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
