The Accounts Back Office Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial entries, maintaining records, and providing support to the accounting team. The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of accounting principles, and proficiency with accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, and expense vouchers.
Maintain records of invoices, bills, and supporting documentation.
Reconcile vendor and customer accounts regularly.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for billing and payment follow-ups.
Maintain and organize financial files and records for easy retrieval.
Perform other administrative and back-office support as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in accounting or back-office finance role.
Proficiency in
Tally / Excel / MS Office
(knowledge of ERP is a plus).
Basic knowledge of
GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Good communication and organizational abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Full-time, Office-based
Monday to Friday, 10:00AM-7:00PM Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM]
