Job Purpose
The Back Office Computer Operator will support administrative and operational functions through data
management, documentation, and coordination tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain records, reports, and data in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Manage documentation for purchase orders, quotations, and invoices.
Assist departments with data entry, record updates, and communication.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for routine follow-ups.
Maintain office files and ensure accuracy in reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate with 1-3 years of back-office or administrative experience.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
