Enter and manage company data accurately in Excel and Word
Handle daily emails, calls, and documentation work
Maintain and update company records and files
Support sales and front office teams with administrative tasks
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Prepare reports and assist in basic data analysis
Ensure timely completion of assigned back-office work
Required Skills:
12-18 months of experience in back office or data management
Knowledge of MS Excel & Word
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in email handling and internet surfing
Attention to detail and time management skills
