Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups through Email, call, and LinkedIn
Manage and update leads in the Excel sheet /CRM system
Share quotations and service details
Coordinate with the installation and service teams
Maintain good relationships with customers
Track sales progress and provide regular updates
Coordinate with teams
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of solar products (training will be provided)
Experience in sales or customer service preferred
Familiar with CRM tools (or willing to learn)
Positive attitude and team spirit
