Job Description

Contacting leads and clients to follow up on previous interactions, gather feedback, and close deals. Managing a CRM or spreadsheet to track customer interactions, notes, and next steps. Identifying and prioritizing leads for sales team follow-up.

Excel Data Management:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales data in Excel spreadsheets, including contact information, deal status, and other relevant data. Generating reports from Excel data to track sales performance and identify trends. Developing and maintaining spreadsheets for tracking sales pipeline and forecasting.

Administrative Support:

Providing administrative support to the sales team, such as scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and handling paperwork. Ensuring office supplies are stocked and organized. Handling incoming and outgoing calls and emails.

Other Tasks:

Assisting with other tasks as needed by the sales or management team. Staying organized and managing time effectively to meet deadlines. Communicating effectively with sales team members and clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,347.62 - ₹15,000.00 per month
