Manage and maintain company databases, files, and records.
Handle data entry, documentation, and verification tasks accurately.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, HR, logistics, etc.) for required information.
Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for management.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and other back-office paperwork.
Support front-office staff by providing necessary backend information.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company information securely.
Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence in a timely manner.
Monitor daily office activities and assist in workflow management.
Update entries in ERP or company management systems as required.
