Handle day-to-day administrative and back-office operations.
Manage data entry, documentation, and record-keeping activities.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Prepare and maintain reports, MIS, and other required documents.
Process and verify information for accuracy and completeness.
Assist in customer query resolution via email/phone (if required).
Ensure confidentiality and security of company data and documents.
