We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized
Back Office Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative and support tasks, ensuring smooth operations across departments. You will work behind the scenes to manage data, process documentation, and support customer service or sales teams as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Data entry and management of company records and customer databases
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
Maintain and organize files, records, and correspondence
Assist in processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
Coordinate with front-office and internal teams for seamless operations
Manage emails, phone calls, and other communication on behalf of the department
Support HR, finance, and operations teams with administrative tasks
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality of company information
Perform routine checks and updates on company systems and software
Provide assistance during audits and compliance checks
Qualification:
Any Graduation
Required Experience:
0 to 2 (Freshers can also apply)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
