to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will manage purchases, inventory, dispatch, and documentation while ensuring smooth coordination between departments. This role requires strong organizational skills and accuracy in maintaining company records.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage
stock and purchase records
efficiently.
Prepare and process
Purchase Orders (POs)
.
Coordinate and obtain
approvals for purchases
.
Handle
dispatch operations
and maintain proper documentation.
Maintain and update
inventory records
accurately.
Manage
sales and purchase invoices
in the system.
Support the accounts and operations team with day-to-day back-office tasks.
Ensure timely communication with vendors and internal departments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or any relevant field.
Knowledge of
Excel / ERP systems
preferred.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Prior experience in purchase, inventory, or back-office work will be an added advantage.
