We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to handle administrative and support functions. The role involves managing data, coordinating with teams, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Data entry, record keeping, and documentation.
Preparing and maintaining reports, spreadsheets, and databases.
Coordinating with internal teams for operational support.
Handling emails, calls, and correspondence.
Assisting in daily office administration tasks.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Prior experience in back office/administration preferred.
