Job Responsibilities



Preferable Female candidate Opening Demat Accounts Follow up and Communication with Main Branch. Making calls to the clients, solve the queries, Inter departmental coordination, Provide support, service, and guidance to the client on continuous basis. Coordinate with HODs. Train back-office software at various broker locations Should be able to work independently. Escalating client queries through emails and calls Excellent communication skills (oral and written) Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies. Assisting and coordinating with the sales team. Assisting the Front Office team. Assisting and supporting management.

Requirements and skills



Graduate from Commerce Filed Previous work experience as an Office Executive. Excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software. Ability to work as part of a team. High-level written and verbal communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
