Back Office Executive (Fresher)
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication and computer skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment. This is an entry-level role ideal for recent graduates looking to begin their career in operations or administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data accurately in internal systems.
Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Support day-to-day administrative tasks and backend operations.
Respond to internal emails and follow up on pending tasks.
Perform quality checks on data entries and report any errors.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.A., B.Sc., etc.).
Experience:
Fresher (0-1 year of experience).
Computer Skills:
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Typing Speed:
Minimum 30-35 WPM preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
