Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

Performing data entry, filing, and managing documents to ensure accurate records.

Ordering and managing office supplies.

Coordinating with other departments, such as the front desk, housekeeping, and sales.

Processing and managing billing and invoices.

Assisting with payroll and budgeting as part of the finance department.

Handling petty cash and expense records.

Managing reservations and updating the hotel system.

Maintaining guest records and guest history.

Assisting with inventory control and vendor communication.

Ensuring efficient workflow and suggesting process improvements.

Gathering and processing research data.

Performing data analysis to support management decisions.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,607.71 - ₹25,606.76 per month
