Role Overview:
We are looking for a Back Office Executive to manage daily office tasks and support the sales and service teams. The role includes handling data entry, maintaining records, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle data entry and maintain company records.
Assist the sales and service teams with required information.
Manage emails, phone calls, and office communication.
Prepare reports and maintain files in an organized way.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream.
Should have experience in back office or admin work.
Good spoken and written English.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Positive and responsible attitude.
Local candidates from Surat will be preferred.
