Manage and maintain accurate databases, records, and documentation.
Prepare, update, and analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports using
Advanced Excel functions
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Conditional Formatting, Macros, etc.).
Perform data entry, validation, and reconciliation with high accuracy.
Support management in preparing MIS (Management Information System) reports.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow and timely reporting.
Handle email communication and back-end operations efficiently.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of data.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency.
