Job Summary:



We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented

Back Office Executive

to support our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data management, document handling, internal coordination, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Data entry, record keeping, and database management Prepare reports, documents, and spreadsheets as required Assist in administrative tasks and internal communication Maintain and update filing systems (digital & physical) Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely information flow

Requirements:



Undergraduate/ bachelor's degree in any discipline Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Good written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

Preferred:



Experience in a similar back-office or administrative role
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
