- Responsible for Handling Customer Inquiry, Submitting the Quotation, Following up on the quotation, Preparing Purchase Order, Submitting Invoice, Eway Bill, and Payment Follow Up (Needs to be made in ERP).
- Responsible for Handling Customer Service Request and ensuring bill raising against service given of each service engineer.
- Ensuring Customer Receives their site report once customer has visited the site along with Invoice.
- Tendering Preparation and Submission.
- Assisting the other Back Office Staff
- Handling Indiamart and Calling Customer for Inquiry received.
