Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Client Coordination:



Act as a central point of contact for clients by managing inbound/outbound calls, scheduling meetings, and maintaining professional communication.

2. Data Management:



Ensure accurate and timely data entry, maintenance, and reporting using Excel. Responsible for organizing, updating, and validating internal records and databases.

3. Administrative Support:



Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including document preparation, managing emails and official correspondence, and organizing filing systems.

4. Excel Proficiency:



Utilize advanced Excel functions such as formulas, pivot tables, and charts for effective data analysis and reporting purposes.

5. Operational Assistance:



Support routine back-office functions by coordinating with other departments and contributing to smooth operational workflows and project execution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?24,000.00 per month
