Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will manage data entry, documentation, record-keeping, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Data entry and database management
Maintain and update records, files, and documents
Process and verify bills, invoices, and reports
Coordinate with internal departments for operational needs
Assist in preparing reports and presentations
Handle emails and back-end support tasks
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all records
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Prior 3+ experience in a similar role preferred
