A Candidate is responsible for supporting the administrative and operational functions of a company. They handle tasks such as data entry, record maintenance, document management, and coordination with other departments to ensure smooth internal processes. Although they do not interact directly with clients, their work is crucial for efficient business operations.
Responsibilities:
Perform data entry and typing tasks, including letters, reports.
Maintain digital records and update databases using Excel and word.
Draft and type correspondence, meeting notes, and other related documents.
Handle email communication and assist in preparing digital reports or presentations.
Assist in scheduling appointments, and meetings.
Provide support also in answer phone calls, and attend to visitors when required.
Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM preferred).
Knowledge of basic computer operations and email handling.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Well-organized with good time-management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
