Shall provide back office support for sales, service and accounts. Shall deal with other back office related activities.
Responsibilities as customer support
Is responsible for making work orders in ERP and CRM and sending them to the customer and updating prod_plan.xls
Is responsible to send the repair expense to the customer and get their approval and updating GTEK_Repairing_status.xls
Is responsible for following up with marketing based on bill Collection Stmt.xls
Is responsible for intimating customer about dispatch of all material
Is responsible for making GST Invoice, Export invoice and other forms as may be required to dispatch the material
Is responsible for maintaining GST related records (for SEZ, Exports etc) and submitting the required documents to department
Is responsible for filing Insurance and submitting to insurance company
Is responsible for taking actions based on chequeDeposit.xls
Is responsible for following up for payments
Is responsible for maintaining and sustaining 5S in admin area
