Back Office Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. Enter and manage data accurately in internal systems and spreadsheets. Maintain and update company databases, files, and documentation. Support front office staff and other departments by providing timely information. Process and manage documents such as invoices, forms, applications, and reports. Assist in inventory control, logistics tracking, or order processing (as applicable). Respond to internal queries and escalate issues to relevant departments. Perform quality checks on data and documents for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with vendors, customers, or internal teams as required. Generate reports and summaries for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Basic understanding of administrative and operational processes.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Zoho, Salesforce). Previous experience in a similar back-office or administrative role. Familiarity with data entry best practices.
