: Min 1 Year (Freshers welcome if know Advanced Excel)
Job Roles
:
Maintain and update company databases, records, and documentation
Process, verify, and maintain data related to business transactions
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
Coordinate with front office and other departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Manage inventory records and support logistics or procurement functions
Perform regular data backups and ensure information security
Handle email and phone communication professionally and promptly
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in a back-office or data entry role preferred
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Discretion with confidential information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
