JOB PURPOSE

The Document Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and processing a variety of documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

Document Verification

Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and processing a variety of documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Segregating correct and fraudulent documents.

Number of documents verified timely and accurately.

Following Company Policies & rules

Must adhere to attendance and roster

Must apply for leaves as per process and in a timely manner.

Responsibility to reassign tasks with Team Leader in case of sudden absence

Continuity of work flow.



Customer Satisfaction

Uphold high service standards to achieve superior customer experiences.

Minimum Qualification

3. Previous experience in document analysis, data entry, or a similar role is preferred.

4. Night Shifts

5. Must be a local resident

6. Must have a two-wheeler.
