We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our cab company, ensuring smooth coordination between drivers, customers, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage driver records, documentation, and compliance updates
Maintain ride logs, trip summaries, and payment records
Coordinate with the operations team for driver allocation and route planning
Assist in resolving customer and driver queries via phone or email
Update and maintain the internal database systems
Monitor cab schedules and track real-time status when required
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review
Handle invoicing, billing, and petty cash records
Ensure accuracy and timely entry of data related to bookings, maintenance, and fuel usage
Requirements:
Proven experience in a back office, administrative, or support role
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with Google Sheets
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
Experience in the transport or cab industry is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
