Handle day-to-day back office and administrative operations
Maintain records, files, and documentation (physical & digital)
Data entry, MIS preparation, and report generation
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
Support billing, invoicing, and basic accounts coordination
Ensure office supplies and inventory management
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Basic knowledge of office administration
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and multitasking ability
