Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized

Back Office Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative and support tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and update databases and records accurately. Handle data entry, document processing, and file management. Coordinate with front office and other departments as needed. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence. Respond to emails and internal queries in a timely manner. Support other administrative staff with clerical duties. Ensure confidentiality and security of office records and data.

Requirements:



Proven experience in a back-office or administrative role is preferred. Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and work independently.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
