Position Overview:


We are looking for a

Fresher - Back Office Executive

with a basic understanding of

Dubai Customs

processes. The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and eager to build a career in logistics administration.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle day-to-day shipment documentation and data entry. Prepare and manage customs-related paperwork. Coordinate with internal departments and support the operations team. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems. Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Requirements:



Female candidate (Married woman preferred). Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in logistics or documentation. Knowledge of

Dubai Customs

procedures. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision. Available to join immediately (preferred).
