Customer Service Executive
with experience in
freight forwarding
to handle shipment coordination, customer communication, and documentation support. The role involves close coordination with operations, sales, overseas agents, and customers to ensure smooth shipment execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling customer emails and shipment-related queries
Coordinating with operations, sales, and overseas agents
Preparing and checking freight documentation
Accurate data entry and typing of shipment details
Tracking shipments and providing timely status updates
Requirements:
1+ year experience in freight forwarding or logistics (preferred)
Good typing speed with high accuracy
Sound knowledge of import/export documentation
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficient in MS Office and email correspondence
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
