Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day back office operations including document filing and reporting.
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for various administrative tasks and data management.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on office activities and performance.
• Handle and organize documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Support the team with efficient office processes and administrative support.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate with 3 to 4 years of experience in a back office or administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Good command of computer applications and office software.
