Job Description

The desired candidate has to be technically good at use of computers,must be good in drafting ,english has to be good in speaking and writing.Knowledge of Hindi and Marathi will be value addition.Regular and committed in allocated work.Performance driven and aquick learner.
The candidate will be daily performing the below tasks:
1 - Sourcing new properties new and resale,Residential and Commercial.
2 - Updating the sourced properties in the data base.
3 - Keep the property database updated in realtime.
4 - Arrangement of properties as n when required.
5 - Calling the received potential leads and setting up the meetings with the buyers for property visits.
6 - Keep the track of visits done and maintain followup till closure.
7 - Keep a track of keys available for sale,rent - Residential and Commercial.
8 - Constant advertisements of properties available for sale or rent on all the available platforms.
9 - Daily send watsapp msgs on broker network for the update of available properties.
10 - Call the clients for Home Loan assistance from the list provided.Keep the followup for the same till closures.
