Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
• Data Management: Maintain and update records and databases accurately.
• Document Handling: Prepare, review, and manage company documents and reports.
• Communication: Handle internal and external communications, including email and phone correspondence.
• Scheduling: Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
• Report Generation: Generate and manage reports related to office activities and performance.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.

Requirements:

• Education: Any graduate with a relevant degree.
• Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
• Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
